Both PF3845yne and JP104 selectively reacted with a single brain protein, which was confirmed to be FAAH based on its absent from FAAH(−/−) mice. In liver, however, PF3845yne and JP104 showed strikingly different profiles, with the former agent once again showing selective reactivity with FAAH and the latter inhibitor labeling a number of proteins.
